Host Ryan Phillippe introduced the 23-year-old singer, who also performed her smash hit “TiK ToK” (she put on a very cool laser show for that one).

Ryan Phillippe is hosting tomorrow’s episode of Saturday Night Live with musical guest Ke$ha.

To help hype up the episode, the twosome created a promo with SNL regular Kristen Wiig, which you can watch inside.

MTV recently asked K$ who should replace rapper Nicki Minaj on tour.
She shared, “I’ll get my wheels turning. I wasn’t aware of that, but I’ll totally think about it. I mean, I’m just so excited to be on the same stage as Rihanna. She’s obviously an incredible performer, singer, woman. So that tour’s going to be so much fun.”

Honey from Partizan directed the video, JustJared.com can confirm. They’re a directing husband and wife team — Nick Brooks and Laura Kelly. They also helmed the vids for Paramore’s “Ignorance” and KT Tunstall’s “Suddenly I See.”

K$ filmed the “Your Love Is My Drug” video in the desert outside of L.A. on April 8.

Ke$ha: Paper Head Bag!

Ke$ha arrives at LAX for a flight out of town on Wednesday (April 14) and crafts a disguise made out of a paper bag!

The 23-year-old singer and a friend cut holes in a brown bag and drew a smiley face on it to ward off photographers. K$ wore her bag until she went through security!

Songwriter Liv Nervo, who worked with K$ on “Boots & Boys” and “VIP,” recently told Neon Limelight that she always knew Ke$ha would be successful. “This girl’s a freakin’ rockstar,” Liv shared. “She knew it. Everybody who worked with her knew it.”

“If she never had a career as an artist, she’d be a phenomenal writer,” Liv added. “A lot of the artists that we work with just sit in the room and contribute a word and own a third of the song. But Ke$ha truly is an amazing writer.”

Ke$ha Gets Artsy with 'Interview' Magazine

Ke$ha jokes “I’m pretty sure that I was JFK in my past life” in the April 2010 issue of Interview Magazine.

The mag’s introduction reads, “Kesha Rose Sebert, chart-topping, glitter-caked new queen of drunk-girl dance music. Might very well be the perfect post-modern pop star: one who lives her life like it’s a reality show.”

Nicki Minaj exits Rihanna/Ke$ha Tour

Rihanna’s tourmate to be, Nicki Minaj, has pulled out of the “Last Girl on Earth” tour.

“I’m sorry 2 say I will not be going out on RiRi’s tour,” Nicki tweeted about an hour ago. “I’ve decided 2 use that time 4 the completion of my album. Hope u understand.”

No replacement, if any, has been announced yet.

Tickets for the tour, featuring Rihanna and Ke$ha, will go on sale Friday (April 9) on LiveNation.com!

Ke$ha balances on the the rim of a public bathroom toilet seat in British newcomer Taio Cruz’s new “Dirty Picture” video.

Notice anything strange about the actual song in the video? One or both of their music labels edited the word “dirty” out! Instead of “take a dirty picture for me,” the song plays “take-a take-a a pi-picture.” Listen to the original song here!

“Dirty Picture” is off of Taio’s upcoming album, Rockstarr, set for a May 18 release. Watch the vid below!

Taio Cruz choose Ke$ha over Lady Gaga

British crooner Taio Cruz is opening up about his upcoming single, “Dirty Picture,” featuring pop phenom Ke$ha.

“The song is actually about sending sexy pictures to your significant other,” Taio explains to MTV. “If you miss each other and you can’t see each other, you’re far away from each other, you send pictures to remind each other of how sexy you are.”

Taio, 26, admits that when he was looking for someone to collaborate with, K$ didn’t come to mind at first but seemed to be the best fit for the song.

“I was thinking about Lady Gaga at first,” Taio offered. “Then I went to a meeting with [producer] Dr. Luke and he was telling me about this new girl he was working with. She hadn’t done ‘Tik Tok‘ or anything like that at that point. But I just thought she sounded really cool. A very unique-sounding voice. I like that with artists, that as soon as you hear them on a song on the radio, you know immediately who that is without having to be told.

“She looked really sexy, and I just thought she was talented. Her voice was awesome. It had this — I hope she won’t mind me saying this, but her voice has this kind of yodely quality to it, the way that she does things and the way that she ends words. I just loved that quality about it.”

Ke$ha… the yodeler!!!
