Keira Knightley disappointed by 'My Fair Lady'

Obviously Keira Knightley was disappointed when she was not elected as the main actor in the movie 'MY FAIR LADY'. From far-away days Knightley was prepared learnt to sing just because she wanted to be a protagonist of this film and was a role she had dreamed it has fallen into the hands of Carey Mulligan.

"Keira really want to play that role. She's even associated with this project for four years. From the beginning she was very admired Audrey Hepburn who played in the original film version and Keira even spent a year to learn to sing so she had a greater chance, "said a source quoted from Splash News.

The same source also mentions that Keira Knightley realized that her voice was hardly very good but she was trying hard to get this role. So naturally when she was disappointed to hear that Carey Mulligan chosen to play Eliza Doolittle in the film will directed by John Madden.
